Our Recruitment Process
You can apply for our current job openings via the links on Kariyer.Net and SecretCV. All applications are reviewed by the Human Resources Department. Candidates who meet the qualifications required for the position are invited for a preliminary interview, conducted by Human Resources. This interview assesses the candidate’s compatibility with hospital standards and the competencies required for the role. Candidates who pass the initial screening are interviewed by the relevant Department Manager. If necessary, additional interviews with other managers may be arranged. Candidates who successfully complete both interviews will undergo a reference check conducted by the Human Resources Department via phone or in writing. Among the interviewed candidates, the one selected by the Department Manager and Human Resources will receive a job offer. The salary is determined by considering the hospital’s salary scale, job responsibilities, candidate’s education level, and experience. The Human Resources Department then presents the candidate with the proposed salary, working conditions, and social benefits. Upon acceptance of the offer, a list of required documents is provided and a start date is determined.
Financial and Social Benefits
Salary: Employee salaries are determined based on their education and work experience, in accordance with the institution’s salary scale. Salaries are reviewed annually considering the hospital’s profitability and inflation. Payments are made to bank accounts on the 5th of each month.
Cashier Compensation: Employees responsible for handling cash receive an additional compensation due to their financial responsibility.
Healthcare Discount: Our employees and their first-degree relatives are entitled to healthcare discounts at specified rates.
Meals: Our hospital works with a contracted catering company to provide meals.
Accommodation: Our hospital provides lodging facilities for female staff residing outside the city.
Annual Paid Leave: Employees are entitled to annual paid leave after completing one year of employment, including the probationary period.
Annual leave entitlement based on years of service: 14 business days per year for 1–5 years (inclusive), 20 business days per year for 6–15 years (inclusive), and 26 business days per year for more than 15 years.

Training
All new employees participate in an orientation program to better understand the institution. In addition, internal training programs tailored to specific departments and responsibilities are provided. When needed, external training sessions are also organized to support employees’ personal development.
Performance Evaluation System
The work performance of all employees who have completed six months at our hospital is evaluated twice a year using an e-performance system. Employees complete the evaluation online without any manual process. Evaluation results play a critical role in identifying training needs and guiding the reward and warning systems.
